Realistically, gas condensing replacements start at around €7,000; a heat pump incl. hydraulics and buffer tank starts at around €20,000 before subsidies — state grants can noticeably reduce the costs (current conditions: subsidy check on our financing page). After a short on-site survey you receive a transparent quote from us — billed by actual effort.
For a classic 6–8 m² bathroom, expect 14–21 days. We coordinate tilers, electricians and plumbers closely so there is as little idle time between trades as possible.
You or your energy efficiency expert file the application yourself — we do not submit subsidy applications for you. We support you with everything you need: the quote, technical device data and the contractor's declaration after installation. You receive the grant directly from the funding body.
The emergency service is for real emergencies: heating failure in winter, burst pipes, clogged drains overflowing. For maintenance, dripping faucets and noises, a regular appointment is enough — usually within 2–4 working days. Important: the emergency service is available exclusively to our existing customers.
In renovated or newly built homes, usually yes — building envelopes today are so airtight that natural window ventilation is no longer enough. The result: moisture damage, mold, poor air quality. We check with an airtightness measurement whether you need it — sometimes decentralized units are sufficient.
Guaranteed with Vaillant: 10+ years of spare parts supply. We keep the common wear parts in our own warehouse. For special cases, Vaillant delivers directly to us within 24–48 hours.
Usually yes — the decisive factor is the required flow temperature. Up to about 55 °C a heat pump works efficiently; we achieve that in many existing buildings with targeted individual measures, such as one or two larger radiators instead of a complete renovation. Whether it fits your home is shown by the heat load calculation — calculated, not guessed.
Modern units like the Vaillant aroTHERM plus are quieter than a fridge in normal operation. When choosing the location we plan distances and sound insulation towards the neighbors right away, so there are no discussions later.
A heat pump turns one kilowatt-hour of electricity into three to four kilowatt-hours of heat. With a heat pump electricity tariff — and even more so with your own photovoltaics — it usually heats cheaper than gas, whose price keeps rising due to the CO₂ levy and grid fees.
Yes — the heating replacement is subsidized via the KfW, depending on your situation with up to 80%. We check free of charge which programs fit your project; the application is filed by you or your energy efficiency expert.
